Felicia Sternfeld is a German art historian and museum director specializing in cultural leadership and international museum policy. She has been the Managing Director of the European Hansemuseum in Lübeck since 2015, where she shapes innovative approaches to historical education and public engagement. With an academic background in art history, history, and political science, and professional experience across the art market and cultural institutions, she combines scholarly expertise with strategic leadership.

She previously served as President of ICOM Germany and is a board member of ICOM Europe, contributing actively to the future of museums and cultural responsibility in Europe.
