Arnstein Johannes Syltern is a Norwegian entrepreneur, business leader, and investor with a broad portfolio of roles in the Norwegian startup and innovation ecosystem.

He is Co-Founder of DIGS, a company focused on innovative ventures and collaboration in Trondheim’s entrepreneurial community. In addition to his role at DIGS, Arnstein serves as General Manager and Partner at SKIFT AS, a design-driven innovation firm engaging in startup development and creative business solutions. He also leads his private investment vehicle Arnstein J. Syltern Invest AS as Chair of the Board, and holds leadership and board positions across several firms and ventures, contributing expertise in strategy, operations, and value creation.
