Bess Olluri (also known as Besart Olluri) is a Norwegian entrepreneur, educator, and innovator. He is the founder and former Chief Experience Officer of Bryte Batteries AS, a cleantech startup developing sustainable energy storage solutions for industrial and commercial applications. In addition to his startup work, Olluri has been recognized as a DN 40 Under 40 honoree by Dagens Næringsliv for his contributions to innovation and leadership in the Norwegian business community.

After stepping away from Bryte, he transitioned into academia as a lecturer at the Entrepreneurship School at NTNU in Trondheim, where he uses his own experiences — including setbacks and learning moments from his entrepreneurial journey — to inspire and educate future founders.

Olluri combines practical startup experience with a strong commitment to education and community building, emphasizing resilience, reflection, and the shared learning that drives innovation forward.
