Tor Wallin Andreassen is a Norwegian academic and thought leader in innovation, service strategy, and digital transformation, serving as Professor of Innovation at the NHH Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in Bergen.
He has shaped research and practice at the intersection of customer experience, service innovation, and sustainable growth, building bridges between academia and real-world organisational challenges. With a distinguished academic career spanning leadership roles at both NHH and BI Norwegian Business School, including department chair and associate dean, Andreassen has founded major research initiatives such as the Center for Service Innovation (CSI) and the Digital Innovations for Sustainable Growth (DIG) centre.
His work has been widely published in leading journals and he continues to influence global discussions on innovation, strategy, and value creation.
