Klementina Österberg is the Chief Executive Officer of GU Ventures AB, the venture arm of the University of Gothenburg focused on commercialising research, building new companies, and supporting early-stage innovation. In her role, she leads one of Sweden’s most active university-based venture organisations, helping transform academic breakthroughs into impactful businesses.

With more than two decades of experience in innovation leadership and corporate governance, Österberg plays an active role as board member and chair in multiple investment and venture vehicles, fostering growth across sectors including life science, technology, and commercial services. She has also been recognised for her contributions to developing entrepreneurial ecosystems and mentoring founders and investors alike.
