Chuck Henjes is a German-Norwegian entrepreneur and ecosystem builder, best known as the CEO and co-founder of Gründungswerft e.V., a community-driven startup initiative active across Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Schleswig-Holstein. Through his work, he connects founders, institutions, and regional stakeholders to strengthen entrepreneurial culture and long-term collaboration.

Born in Berlin and raised in Hamburg, Chuck brings a blend of metropolitan perspective and regional commitment to his work. He studied Business Administration in Greifswald and has been actively involved in the startup and innovation ecosystem since his student years. His approach focuses on community building, strategic networking, and creating structures where cooperation outweighs competition. Under his leadership, Gründungswerft has grown into a highly visible and influential regional platform, supporting founders through events, programs, and ecosystem development.
